Client’s Probation Conditions Reduced

Brett Lovins recently persuaded a judge to remove the completion of a forty-week certified batter’s program as a condition of probation for his client. After hearing oral argument on the matter, the judge agreed with Brett that the condition was unnecessary based on the client’s circumstances. The decision enabled this client to relocate out-of-state to pursue new employment opportunities.
