Amended Pretrial Conditions Expand Client’s Employment Opportunities

Brett Lovins persuaded the court to amend the conditions of his client’s pretrial release by demonstrating the previously imposed curfew and travel restrictions had significantly limited the client’s ability to maintain full-time employment while awaiting trial. The amended conditions enable Brett's client to work evening and early-morning hours in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The case involves felony charges of domestic assault and battery and witness intimidation.
