OUI Charges Dismissed for Client

On the day of a recent trial for his client accused of operating under the influence (second), leaving the scene of property damage, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, Brett Lovins persuaded the court to dismiss all charges after the Commonwealth failed to produce a necessary witness.
