Case Dismissal Allows Client to Avoid Probation Violation

After negotiations with the Commonwealth, Brett Lovins secured a case dismissal for his client in Woburn District Court. The case involved the criminal charge of operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension as well two civil motor vehicle infractions. The dismissal of the new charges enabled his client to avoid being found in violation of probation in Middlesex Superior Court.
