Two Cases Dismissed for Client Accused of Multiple Felonies

Brett Lovins convinced the court to dismiss two cases against his client charged with felony breaking and entering, domestic assault and battery, intimidation of a witness, and vandalism. Both cases originated in the Malden District Court.
